Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Pack Your Shoes

Place the unworn merino wool shoes back into their original eco-friendly box and secure them in a standard shipping mailer.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the wool fibers for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
